"We are just a couple of old window dudes" -- was the phrase, which Wayne and Brad would use to describe themselves, if asked about the job. Not surprising, when the time came to think of a good name for their business -- that was it! 'Window Dudes'! 'The Window Dudes'!

...It started almost as a family business back then when Wayne and Charles (his father) were operating a small screening place. This was where they met Brad, who came by for his own personal repairs that day. After a while, Wayne and Brad began doing small service jobs together, thus giving a start to a new successful business. As the business grew with more orders than the small work area allowed, the company moved to a larger building, allowing for more productive work and a better location for customer service. With better service, the number of orders increased, and once again the space seemed inadequate for the demand from the public. The Window Dudes had to move into a new and spacious building, which is where they are currently located (555 South Scenic, Spingfield, MO -- see map).
